The AIS Web Portals Project was created by Rolly Maiquez based on the Talawanda school portal project and is currently maintained by Matt Wise.

Since Google will eventually focus on supporting Chrome extensions only for their Chromium OS, the project is moved in the direction of serving as a simple and practical one-page menu of quick links that faculty, staff, and students use at AIS.

There are two general versions of the AIS Web Portal: one for Faculty & Staff (F&S) and another one for Students.
There are additional versions of the web portals within each of these groups.

Future development will lead towards AIS students taking over the project to help ensure sustainability.
