The AIS Elementary Eagle Engineers traveled to Guangzhou on Thursday to compete in a regional VEX GO robotics tournament hosted by the Canadian International School of Guangzhou. The event brought together 37 teams from Hong Kong and Guangzhou to compete in the VEX GO game Village Engineering Construction.
Students participated in four challenging components throughout the day: Driving Skills, Teamwork Skills, Autonomous Coding Skills, and Team Interviews. The AIS delegation was led by Mr. Green and Ms. Janet and supported by Ms. Kaur and Ms. Swift.
Ten AIS teams proudly represented both our school and Hong Kong on the regional stage. Demonstrating outstanding teamwork, engineering design, coding ability, and sportsmanship, our Eagle Engineers achieved remarkable success throughout the tournament.
