AIS Uniform

Our uniform is an important part of school life at AIS. As an integral part of our identity, we believe that our uniform says a lot about who we are and projects a very positive image of our school and students to the wider Hong Kong community. We observe two uniform seasons. Uniforms are purchased through the AIS School Office and on the AIS Family Portal.

AIS Summer Uniform Expectations

August to november, april to june

early childhood – Grade 1 JR
  • AIS Summer PE Top
  • AIS Summer PE Shorts
  • AIS Sweater or AIS Vest
  • Plain white socks
  • Sports shoes
grade 1 – Grade 12
  • Formal Uniform (worn daily)
    • AIS Summer Shirt
    • AIS Summer Culottes (girls)
    • AIS Summer Shorts (G1-G4 boys)
    • AIS Summer Pants (G5-G12 boys)

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Sneakers, canvas shoes, and heels are not acceptable as black leather school shoes.
  • Girls may wear AIS pants as part of their summer uniform.
  • Leggings or tights are not permitted with the summer uniform.
  • Outerwear worn on campus must consist of AIS branding and purchased from the school office: Vest, Sweater, Winter Fleece, Waterproof Jacket, or Blazer.

Parents Make the Difference

The Parents Make the Difference newsletters are specially designed to meet the needs of parents with students at any grade level. Newsletters cover a range of topics including parenting, study skills, homework, school transitions, academic achievement, and much more. Daily Learning Planners come with insightful ideas, conversation starters and school support advice families will use every day of the year!
