Application for Admission
Terms and Conditions

  1. On submission of the application form, the applicant is required to pay a non-refundable application fee of HK$1000 or US$135

  2. School fees are due as stated in the American International School Fees Schedule

    1. School fees are charged on an annual basis but are payable quarterly on 1 August, 1 November, 1 February and 1 May of each school year

    2. In the case of late admission, the annual school fee to be paid shall be pro-rated according to the number of months remaining in the school year. For this purpose, a student enrolling before the 15th day of a given month shall pay the month’s full fee, while a student enrolling after the 15th day of a given month shall pay half of the month’s fee.
    3. In the case of withdrawal by a student at any time during a school year, any request for pro-rated tuition fee re-imbursement must be given in writing, signed by a parent or legal guardian and submitted to the School Office at least three months in advance to the withdrawal date

  3. The school year includes, but is not limited to 180 days of instruction. School hours and school holidays are published by the school.

  4. The school has the right not to accept or to cancel a student’s registration for: serious misconduct, being deemed to be a corrupting or bad influence on other students, not achieving the requisite scholastic grade standard, and/or failing to pay school fees on time. In the case of expulsion by the school there shall be no refund of any school fees paid.
