Summer Uniform Policy
	Summer Uniform 2012-13 18 March, 2013 is the official date of all students switching to summer uniform. Please note however that girls are not allowed to wear tights with their summer uniform.

	Summer Uniform Order
	To assist families in purchasing summer, there is a Summer Uniform Order form that includes a color photo of the uniform items, sizes and prices.  Summer Uniform Order Form

	Directions
	If you are purchasing an item of clothing, then please insert the number of items you wish to purchase in the QUANTITY field on the form Summer Uniform Order form. The form will then automatically calculate the grand total for your order.  The form should then be printed and the full name of the student and their homeroom or student ID number filled-in at the top of the page. Parents are then invited to submit this form together with a check for the appropriate amount to the school office. Please make all checks payable to American International School.

	Sizes
	The sizes of the summer uniform items are the same as those used for the winter uniform. Parents deciding which size to choose can refer to the uniform sizes their child is currently wearing and choose the same size, or bigger if necessary.  Uniform sizes can be tried-on between 3.00pm - 4.00pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please approach any of our school office staff and we will be happy to help.

	Processing and Exchanges
	The sizes of the summer uniform items are the same as those used for the winter uniform. Parents deciding which size to choose can refer to the uniform sizes their child is currently wearing and choose the same size, or bigger if necessary. Processing and Exchanges Summer uniform can be purchased through the school office during office hours, upon receipt of the completed Summer Uniform Order form, and a check for the appropriate amount. As usual, all checks should be payable to American International school  If a uniform item is purchased and the size is incorrect, the school office will exchange this for the correct size. The school office will inform families of any difference in price.
