Hong Kong is geographically compact and one of the world's most efficient, safe, affordable, reliable and frequent public transport systems. The available public transportations are by taxi, ferry, rail, bus, minibus or tram (available on the Hong Kong Island only). The most convenient transportation for the American International School is train (less than 10 minutes walking distance from Kowloon Tong MTR station on the green Kwun Tong line or Kowloon Tong Train station on the blue East Rail Line), and bus (connecting to Hong Kong Island, New Territories and most parts in Kowloon).
