A group of 20 students from Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education visited our Early Childhood and Grade 1 Junior classrooms on 22 February. They are all second year students from the Higher Diploma program in Child Care and Education.

They observed the learning activities in our Early Childhood program, were excited to learn about the differences between the local education system and the international education at AIS.

Mr. Shinji Yamamoto, the Educational Advisor from Mitsubishi Corporation visited our new elementary building and classroom on 28 February.

Mr. Yamamoto was a former principal in the public school system in Tokyo for ten years. He was greeted by our Elementary Principal Dr. Beckie Bouchard. In additional to the rigorous academic program delivered at AIS, he was delighted to learn about the diverse cultural mix in our student and teacher populations.
