Dear AIS Families,
Our PTA Annual General Meeting is rescheduled to Thursday 7 June 2012 at 6.00pm in the school hall. If you have any agenda items that you wish to be included at the meeting, please e-mail these to firstname.lastname@example.org
We use our AGM to review the year and to elect the AIS-PTA Executive for the upcoming school year. In addition to updates from the school on staff changes, campus facilities, and IT plans, we will also set meeting dates for the next year and review the membership fees. If you have any issues you would like discussed, or a point of view you would like to raise, then I would encourage you to please e-mail the PTA and we will place this on our agenda.
The PTA is an important part of our school community and over the years it has grown to play a vital role in developing a strong sense of partnership between parents and the school. It is an organization that has the potential to greatly impact the quality of the school experience for our students and teachers. I would like to encourage you to please come along and join us for our final meeting of the year and learn more about the school’s plans and ways that you can assist and contribute.
